The YTL group in the UK is made up of YTL Utilities (UK) Limited and its subsidiaries (the “Group”), including the subsidiaries of Wessex Water Limited and YTL Land and Property (UK) Limited.

Companies within the Group provide services to customers or other operating companies in the YTL group. These are referred to in the rest of this Privacy Notice (“this Notice”) as “we”, “us” or “our”.

The operating companies, listed below with their registration numbers with the Information Commissioner’s Office, may be responsible as ‘controllers’ of your personal data if we:
